Marshall JCM800 Models

The Marshall JCM800 models have been getting popular again there a multiple models of this amp. Here is a chart of the Marshall JCM800 series. This series of amps was released in the 1980's, the 2203 head has been released along with the JCM800 2203ZW Limited Edition Zakk Wylde Signature.

JCM800 2203ZW Limited Edition Zakk Wylde Signature

Produced in 2002 this awesome unit was limited to just 600 pieces worldwide! What is different from the normal 2203 head? Besides cosmetics the Zakk Wylde LE 2003ZW also has different power amp tubes. The 2003ZW features four 6550 valves in the power stage for the high headroom, wide frequency response and aggressive edge. The 6550 is similar to a KT88.

Marshall JCM800 Specs

The JCM800 series amps utilize EL34 power amp tubes and ECC83 or 12AX7 preamp tubes. Heads tend to weigh about 42lbs or 18.8Kg.
